Our Works

Infrastructure & Manufacturing

Compounding, extrusion, vulcanising and inspection under one roof at our Faridabad works.

Our Manufacturing Process

From raw polymer to finished profile

  1. 01

    Raw Material

Rubber polymers, carbon black, process oils and curing chemicals sourced from established suppliers and checked on receipt.

  2. 02

    Compounding & Mixing

Compounds mixed in-house to our own formulations, letting us tune hardness, colour and resistance properties per order.

  3. 03

    Extrusion

Profile extrusion through dies cut to the customer's section, run to the required dimensional tolerance.

  4. 04

    Vulcanisation

Continuous curing to develop the cross-link density that gives the finished profile its elasticity and compression set resistance.

  5. 05

    Inspection

Dimensional and physical checks against specification — hardness, section, tensile and visual finish — batch by batch.

  6. 06

    Packaging

Coiled or cut to length and packed in polyethylene to protect the profile in transit and storage.

  7. 07

    Dispatch

Dispatched against an agreed schedule with documentation, to destinations across India and for export.

Quality Assurance

Checked before it leaves the works

Every batch is inspected against the specification agreed at order stage. Dimensional checks confirm the section and tolerance; physical checks confirm hardness and finish. Material that does not meet specification does not ship.

For customers who need it, we can supply test values with the consignment. Where an application is critical — a temperature extreme, a chemical exposure, a long service life — tell us at enquiry stage so the right compound is specified from the start rather than substituted later.
